I'm hoping that some of you have already sailed these waters and can help me
formulate a quality project in a relatively short time. I've been approached
by the new, young, enthusiastic part-time social studies teacher in my
building. Her mixed fourth and fifth grade social studies class is currently
studying early North American explorers. She'd like to take me up on my
offer to integrate a research and technology project into her topic- could
we start Friday! I'd love to say yes, but both of us are new to this kind of
thing. Can anyone point me toward examples of projects from which to take
inspiration?
