TITLE? "Fortunately... Unfortunately" picture book

Netters, please NAME THAT BOOK!  One of our teachers needs the title of a =
picture book that has a recurring pattern of events described with the =
phrase, "Fortunately...(such and such happened)  Unfortunately (something =
worse happened)... Fortunately..... Unfortunately...."
