Despite statements to the contrary, effective copyright protection
depends upon full copyright registration by the copyright holder.
Without a registration, protective action in the courts is extremely
costly and difficult. The result? Large companies can use delay as a
major weapon while legal bills mount.

Teachers in the States have two guns pointed at their heads these
days, one by technology cheerleaders and the other by No Child Left Behind.
