Dear LM_Netters, I have been given an assignment to write a research paper which includes = gathering and comparing statistics of the subject of my choice. Of course I want it to relate to the topic of Library/Media. :) My paper will focus on comparing the number of Masters degrees earned in = the field of Library Science over the past 30 years, with the projected = number of persons who will be seeking a similar degree in the next 5-10 = years. I may also include the male/female ratio within the results as = well as a state-by-state comparison if the information needed is = available. So, does anyone out there have a recommendation on the best source(s) = for these particular statistics? Please send replies to: whanko@covad.net . Thank you in advance, for your help. You are a wonderful group!
