I implemented flexible scheduling in my school 2 years ago. I have worked
through the typical doubts and roadblocks, but was curious about how others
handle this one.
Does anyone have guidelines/rules/expectations that are presented to
teachers regarding their responsiblities during "storytime"(grades K,1)?
Teachers are required to stay, but I have several teachers who try to use
this time as an extra planning time. I know what I would like to include:-),
but I want to be careful about how I word things, since I am the only school
in my district with a flexible schedule.
Thanks!
