Follett Software Patron update question

Every semester our school library has to update our Follett Library Software 
(version 5.05) with the new second period class information contained in Location 1 
of the User-Defined Patron Field Names.  This student data is obtained from SASI XP.

We are not having success and wonder if any of you know how this is done.  I would 
be very appreciative if you could explain how to set up the query file in SASI XP 
for export and how to set up the global update in patron maintenance in Follett.
