ELEM: Schoolwide Reading Initiative

I am meeting with the reading specialists and other teachers in my K-5
building this week to discuss a school-wide reading initiative program. We
simply want to provide an informal school-wide motivational initiative for
reading. Do you have any "tried and true" ideas? We have almost 700 students
in our building.
