Help - Wireless Network v. Hard wire?

I use laptops in the Media Center and have for 2 years. I love them.
This is my 38th year of teaching so I am no spring chicken. When I have
to add something to the laptop I just pull the cart next to me and make
my upgrades rather than run all over the MC. I have the kids sit at the
regular tables with the laptops  and it makes it much easier to teach
them. They can all see the monitor to follow directions. The kids love
them. It cuts the discipline problems down because if they play they are
gone. No one is ever gone. There has been no additional support needed.
I love the laptops.
