TARGET: Rubric to assess powerpoint presentation

I have a teacher who would  like to use a rubric to assess PowerPoint
presentations, more specifically the computer skills aspect than the
content (we have that figure out).  If you have developed such a rubric,
would you be willing to share it with me?  Thanks.
