TARGET: VIDEOS FOR COMPUTER INSTRUCTION

I have had a request to purchase some videos that instruct on the use of various 
computer programs.  I am not familiar with any of the videos available and need 
some recommendations of titles or series you are familiar with.  I am in a high 
school so both the high school students and teachers would have access to the 
videos.   The topics I am looking for would include:

Writing HTML
Designing Webpages
Using Flash
Using Power Point
Using Excel
Using CAD
