I would never, ever order from Everbind again!
We ordered about $1000 worth of books from them and gave them a range of
numbers. We got the first part of the order and the books were
disappointing to say the least. The covers were the old rebound looking
type with the title stamped on the spine and a paper picture glued to the
front. Some of the books were warped and one of them even had a K-Mart sale
sticker on it!
But that wasn't the worst of it. When I imported the records into my circ
system the books and the records didn't match!
The company was completely unwilling to do anything about the problems.
Then the second part of the books arrived. Not ONLY were books in the same
shape but they had reused the same numbers that they used in the first
shipment.
It was a disaster.
I recommend you do NOT order from them!
The mission of the library media program is to ensure that students and
staff are effective users of ideas and information.
