In our school we infuse "multiculturalism" in many lessons across the board.  What 
is Health ed? anti-bullying?  If indeed you tried to track when these things are 
touched on you'd likely hit the curriculum in every subject.  They may not be the 
topic at hand, but collectively are part of many topics.
