SEC: Writing contests, publishing for teens

I have searched the archives and found some good sources.  However, I am
helping someone research a presentation and would like more information in
these two areas:

1) rip offs:  what is the name of that poetry book that has come up more
than once on this list that publishes just about any teen poem and then
sells them the book?  also are you aware of any other such rip offs directed
at teen writers?

2) Have you had any experiences with any writing contests that were legit?
Ones that were good experiences for your students?
