Help: Mission & Objectives Evaluation Methods Needed

Hello to All!

Help!  I'm taking a graduate course and I need to know of evaluation methods
for determining how well a school library's mission statement and objectives
are being achieved.  If they are attached to the actual mission statement and
objectives for the library, that would be a welcome bonus.  Any examples that
I can download would be GREATLY appreciated.
