Re: Lower level encyclopedia: COPYRIGHT ISSUE???

QUESTION: (particular for Carol Simpson!) If a CD has gone OP can you
[legally] make copies of the ones you have? We have found this to be an on
going problem when we are licensed for X number of copies and some of the
copies disappear, become unreadable, etc. We can't purchase additional
copies because they are no longer made, even though we feel they are
valuable. Consequently our labs no longer have enough for all of the
computers! ????
