This is not complete. I actually didn't get much response. However, there are ways to lock the homepage etc., but you have to be willing to edit the registry on your computers. This is not terribly difficult, but if done wrong can mean you might have to reformat or reinstall Windows. I did a lot of looking around the net to find the proper registry keys to modify. It is more difficult if you have NT, 2000, or XP because you have to decide which user profiles to modify. I am not completely done, but hope to post what I have found in the next two weeks or so.
