I need some advice from this wonderful group. I am in the process of planning some changes in the arrangement of the library I work in. My principal would like me to incorporate a group study room in the new layout of the floor plan. The principal's vision of this room is a separate room within the library with windows for monitoring students. Does anyone out there have an area like this in their library? Do the students use it responsibly? Do you have any guidelines for its use? How is it monitored? Do students have to sign up in advance to use it?
