Library Staff Computer Use

I am looking for any information concerning the following.

Does your library have any policies concerning the use of your work
computer for "personal" computer stuff?

Can you do "instant messanger"?
Can you download wallpaper and programs to your computer?

Etc....

Any policies that you might have.  Please respond to me directly rather
than the list serv.
