TARGET: eMints (especially Missouri Librarians)

Hello,

I am currently going through a week of eMints training which is the start of
100 hours total this year and 75 hours next year.  Two of our fourth grade
teachers were awarded a grant for this project which is modeled off the Missouri
program of the same name. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the
program, it is an inquiry based model--constructivism in action supplemented with an
enormous amount of technology in the classrooms.  Each of the two classes will
have a laptop computer per every two students loaded with wonderful software,
one laptop for each of the teachers, a smart board in each room, two digital
cameras apiece, scanners and a laser printer in each room, etc., etc., etc.
We are all excited about this and I was thrilled that they came to me and asked
me to go through the training with them.  It made me feel validated--like
what I do matters to them, you know?  Well, anyway, that's straying from my
question--what I would like to do is hear from librarians in eMints schools,
especially in Missouri.  Specifically, how do you support the teachers in their
program of study, any tips or suggestions you might have and so on.
