Copyright Clearance Center & Book Covers

Just to let those of you who were interested in pursuing the issue of using
book covers on your websites, the CCC contacted me today and told me that
they did not authorize permission for the use of book covers through their
agency, but that we would need to get permission from the rightsholders of
each book directly in order to do this project.

This is what Adam told me that he did for his website (contacting each
publisher individually for permission.)
