Job Title: Computer Lab/Library Audio-Visual Technician

Job Description:
Under the direction of the Library Chairperson, install, test,
troubleshoot, and provide general repair and maintenance support for all
desktop computers (PC and Mac) and peripheral equipment (printers, tape
drives, etc.) in a networked and stand-alone environment. Install computer
operating systems and desktop application software. Provide skilled
technical assistance and supervision in the operation, maintenance, and
repair of audio-visual equipment used in the production of related media
materials.

Scope:
Responsible for maintaining and operating audio-visual equipment used in
the production and distribution of audio-visual, digital and video
programs. Participates in the basic operation and repair of slide
projectors, video/audio tape/CD/DVD recorders and players, video cameras,
computers used in video production, associated processing equipment;
operates above listed equipment and other audio-visual equipment in the
production of teleconferences, TV programs, and other similar production
activities.  Receives requests for services to be rendered and ensures
that such requests are completed. Performs related duties as requested.

Salary:  Negotiable
Hours: 8AM – 4PM (M-F)
