I also found the chart to be very useful and would like to use it.

I do have a question concerning the software "fine print" "If unavailab=
le
at fair price or is an obsolete format."

I am sure that some of my teachers (and students) will see the "unavailab=
le
at fair price" and figure that all is ok. =

My interpretation of "fair price" is the price that the software sold
originally as opposed to a price widly inflated because the item is no
longer produced. Thus, unless the item is not available except at an
inflated price then we may not copy - but if someone is reselling an
obsolete item at an inflate price then the copying is ok?

Is this in line with what others think?
