Colorado Report and Alaska Report

Good Morning,
I am in my first position as a School Library Media Specialist, and have
 been asked to find information for incorporating the library with the
standards of learning requirements.  Someone mentioned the "Colorado
Report" and the "Alaska Report".  Can anyone give me more specific
information?  I have been reading through a lot of materials on the web,
 but was hoping someone may be able to point me directly to a source or
sources that will be helpful.
