I just had my Scholastic Book Fair last week and brought in over $7,000.00.
My profit was about $1400 and I chose $850.00 in free books from the sales
floor. The amount in free books was 10% of sales plus some incentive $. I use
these free books as student rewards throughout the year. My rep just told me
that beginning with my Spring book fair I will only be given 5% in free books.
I haven't seen this change mentioned by anyone else in the postings. Has
anyone else been told this? I'm very interested in finding out about other fair
companies.
