Unsolicited merchandise may be kept... you are under no obligation to
return it. There are several 'educational' video companies that are
notorious for sending such unsolicited merchandise. I never return it. If
they call, I quote the postal regulations to them and challenge them to
prove I asked for the merchandise. That ends the matter. With my budget
having been more than decimated (how does an 82% cut sound?), I have NO
money to waste on returning unasked-for merchandise,
