Our school is going through an extremely tough time right now. We have
the powers that be looking over our shoulders all the time.
Consequently, we have lots of stress. Yesterday, at our mandatary
meeting after school, I distributed the Holiday songs list to all the
teachers and staff as they arrived at the meeting. They all loved it!
Now, my principal has asked me to provide some little stress relief
exercise, puzzle, etc., each week. HELP! Do any of you have a source
for that kind of thing? Is there a book I can buy, a website to go
to?....
