Target:Lesson Plan: Internet Safety/ethical use/elem.

I am looking for a source of Internet safety/ethical use lesson plans for
grade 3. I know about cybersmart.org, but wondered whether anyone had a single
lesson plan that would include basic internet issues such as not downloading
music, need to cite source, and how to do so, etc. I am having difficulty finding
something which will be suitable for the understanding and reading level(s)
of the "typical" third grade student. Any help would be appreciated.
