The Library of Congress is an official viewing site for the Second
Annual Virtual Reference Teleconference Series from the College of
DuPage  (IL)

We would like to invite list members who are based in the DC
Metropolitan area to join us for the broadcast of Session One:

Reference Services: Virtual, Digital, and In-Library:
New Ideas for Effective Delivery

WHEN: Friday, February 7th, 2003 (Noon-2pm EST)
WHERE: The Library of Congress Learning Center, Madison Building
Atrium, 101 Independence Avenue SE, Washington, D.C.

Issues to be discussed include: Staff Training,  Assessment of
Reference Services , Estimating Costs for Service Delivery, Copyright
and Intellectual Property Rights, Reversing Downward Usage Trends.
