OFF TOPIC: Weird font glitch, can you help?

Hi everyone, I'm hoping some of the knowledgeable PC folks on this list can
help me with a problem I recently have encountered. When I read email *and*
when browzing the internet now, the @ symbol is huge relative to the size of
other text and z's are all squished and unrecognizable. This happens as I'm
typing, too. The only change I've made recently is I've added cable modem
capabilities to my PC. Has this happened to anyone before? If so, do you
know how I can fix this? I can live with it if I have too, but it's
disconcerting. Thanks for any help!
