Target: Outlook email

We have switched to Outlook for our school email. I've done the basics =
like create a distribution list, set up rules for email, changed the =
font etc. But I can't find anywhere directions on how to change the =
fonts that automatically come up in the FROM, TO, and SUBJECT. Does =
anyone know if there's a way to change the words you enter in those =
fields so the print is bigger for those of us close to 50? Or is it just =
a parameter of the program that can't be changed?  Thanks! Donna Walters
