GEN: comparing internet to a messy bookshelf?

Trying to find a quote  (well, not an exact quote, but more like  the
correct metaphor), that explains the internet as a library whose books
have been pulled off the shelves and dumped in a big pile , with no
organization. Can anyone help?

  I need this before 7 am Thursday 2/27, Eastern Time,. as I am being
observed tomorrow morning and want to include this explanation with my
lesson plan. Thanks!
