I just went to a legislative breakfast here in MA and our Lt. Governor said
she grew up in Florida (I'm guessing in the 70's or 80's) and that when she
went to high school she never had to read a book or write a paper. Does that
sound like it was possible? She also said when she asked her guidance
counselor about applying to Harvard the reply was, "well, I think that is in
Connecticut."

Fact or fiction?
