I do apologise for cluttering your mailboxes again but some of you have
contacted me to say the bears that you wish to purchase are already out of
stock. I have spoken to the folk at David Jones again (they are being so
helpful) and they say to just order the bears that you wish anyway and they
are already organising to get extra stock in to cover the demand.
It is now 3.00pm here in eastern Australia and whilst we in Canberra eagerly
await a sou'wester change due in the next hour to avert the threat of the
fire-dragon that is coming to life again on our borders, those in the alpine
areas are dreading it because it will send its destructive breath back into
townships that they have desperately tried to save. However, Mother Nature
usually sends some rain with sou'westers so perhaps there will be enough to
kill this dragon forever.
