Target-Printable award certificate

Hi everyone:

Anyone have a quick printable award certificate for a
Read at Home program? A teacher at school asked my
opinion on one, and I didn't like it at all.  Of
course, now I have to come up with an
alternative....I'm feeling a little under the weather,
so I'm trying to come up with a quick alternative.
This is for grades K-5.  Any help would be
appreciated.
