summer reading

Hi,
I apologize for the cross post.

We are taking a look at our summer reading program for our 4-5th graders. I
am interested in what other schools do. Do you have an established list,
required number of books, what type of follow up activities are done and who
monitors the circulation over the summer. Plese feel free to add any other
thoughts you might have. Thanks
