Hello Everyone,
For the upcoming school year, I have been hired as the media specialist
in a wonderful school. YAY for me! I am very excited. I am so excited
that I have about a million ideas running around in my head as to how I
should begin the year. I am referring to the first time that students
visit the media center as a class. Throughout the year, I will be
meeting with the different grade levels so that I can base my lessons on
what the classroom teachers are covering in their rooms. But, I can not
decide what to do for their initial visit. Of course, I will talk about
policies and such but I would like to do something fun to introduce
myself to them and the new students to the media center. So, I thought
that I would ask here. You all have been a great help with my graduate
classes this summer. Thank you to any and all that that respond. I
appreciate your advice!
