Oh! I transferred to high school and I took my stuff with me. My office
is filled with it and the high schoolers love it! "Oh I remember
Clifford!" "OH, this is such a cool Cat in the Hat!" "The Wild THIngs!! My
first grade teacher read that to us!" And they love looking inside
Lilly's purple plastic purse -- in which I placed a birthday card that
plays happy birthday, a pair of movie star sunglasses and two shiny
new quarters. We have a small collection of children's literature (for
a child psych class and ESL students and, as I tell the students, for
reading aloud to their brothers and sisters and in some cases, their
own babies). I use my goodies to help make changing displays in the
kid lit section.

Anyway, you might be surprised! High schoolers are often times just
taller and wider. And they too like to "remember when."

But hey, if you really wanna sell, I've been wanting a Ramona for a long
time :D
