Newbie Library Media Specialist seeks advice

Hello!

I just accepted my first job as a library media specialist at Grandview
Heights Schools.  It is half and half between the high school and one
elementary.  I would appreciate any advice that you could offer regarding
getting organized, starting out, working with staff, reading materials (for
me), etc.
