Dear Group, I go back to school tomorrow for the 2003-2004 school year. Today I remembered one situation I meant to ponder and research during this summer break. Now I'm turning to you. We schedule our computer lab (part of the media center) and some teachers schedule for 1 to 2 weeks (yes, 5-10 consecutive school days) for a particular class period. I have rarely seen a class need that much time, even for their senior projects. How do you handle the number of consecutive days teachers may sign up for at your high school? I checked the archives and found a ton of hits related to flexible scheduling in elementary schools, but little on scheduling in high schools. Thank you for your input.
