monthly newsletters

I have done sporadic newsletters in the past, but next year I would like to
do a newsletter each month.  Could you please let me know what kinds of
features you include in your newsletters?  I would LOVE to see examples if
you could send them to me!  I would like to establish a general template
and include regular features along with media center updates.
