O.K., I found the name of the play that I was looking for earlier. It's called Terra Nova by Ted Tally. Now I need to know who owns the rights to this play? I'm looking for the company that I'd pay royalties to in order to put the play on. I frequently use Baker Plays, Tams-Whitmark and MTI. Are there many other larger companies that rent/sell scripts that own rights to good quality plays and musicals? Is there a site to look these companies up? A play search engine?
