French/Foreign Language Club

Hello, and happy summer!,

I am thinking about the next school year, and was going to write a proposal for
a foreign language club or a French club (elementary level). I have seen
schools that do have them but I cannot find info. about them- anyone have an
outline or snippets of info they can give?
