TARGET->VIDEO->Superbugs: The Killer Viruses

This is a 2 part question.

Our local PBS station broadcasted "Superbugs: The Killer Viruses". A
science teacher would like a copy. She would actually like to purchase
the video, but it hasn't been released except to TV stations.

The rights allow 1 year copy retention by schools. If you have a copy
of this video would it be alright to copy it. I have contacted our local
PBS station and they said they will not broadcast it again for at least
another year.
