>Oh, Johanna -- >how awful for you!! >Are these kinds of cuts happening just in your area, or across the state? > >Please know that -- no matter what -- you have always been (and will >continue to be) a valuable and valued member of this >cyber-community!! > >Alice Yucht Yeah, I'm an LM_NETter for life, I think. Which is part of the reason I'm not planning to go try a classroom position. I posted that message about 30 minutes ago, and I've got 19 answers already. You all are a great comfort and you remind me about some things that are easy to forget in the pain. In the hardest times in my library jobs, LM_NET has always been there. All cities and towns in Mass are getting hit, but some towns harder than others. From the responses I've gotten, sounds like a lot of you are in the same boat. -- Johanna Halbeisen, Library Media Teacher Woodland Elementary School (preK-4) 80 Powder Mill Rd, Southwick, MA 01077 johanna.newsong@rcn.com =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-=-=- All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
