Author Michael Finklea

Just got a call from Michael Finklea asking to come to our school for an =
author visit and no charge to our school.  He claims he has 6 books =
published, 3 of which are character ed. =20

This is my first year as a media specialist and I have no experience =
with author visits.  Are you familiar with this author?  Is his offer =
standard practice?  What procedures do you follow to select and arrange =
for author visits?
