tech: Web Page software

["Clark, Molly" <mclark2@PHOENIX.K12.NY.US>]

A teacher friend who owns his own side business is looking for web
development software.  He is aware of Frontpage, but is wondering if there
is anything else that is user friendly, but more "dynamic."  Do you have
any suggestions?
