I am the webmaster of both my school and church home pages, both of which use frames. This morning when I checked the web sites, I found that although the contents frame came up on the index page, it did not show up on the linked pages in the site. I could not imagine what had happened as everything was working last night and my computer had been shut down overnight. Fortunately resaving and reuploading the index pages (not the individual frame pages) corrected the problem. I had worked on a file for my school home page last night but not the church home page. I use ZoneAlarm Pro for a firewall and ran Ad-Aware to make sure there was no nasty spyware. The only spyware that was on the machine was some of the Doubleclick ads and a Eudora component that had probably been there for some time since it had been a while since I had run Ad-Aware. What puzzles me is that how both sites could have had the same problem. They are not even with the same service provider. Also I don't know if the problem was just with my machine or with the entire site since I didn't check it on my mother computer. Does anyone have a clue as to what was going on? -------------------------------------------------------------------- Madeline L. Buchanan Library Media Specialist W. J.
