I am a total MAC person and love them -- but I have a son who (as an
adult) who can only maneuver (he thinks) around a PC and he is about
to return to college for an associate's degree. I'm thinking he
needs to have a computer to handle his composition courses, and other
college work requiring computer work --

Can anyone recommend minimum specs for a computer for a college student?
Specific brands, prices would be so welcome. CD burner! etc. lap
top/desk type

I have an emac and am thinking that is probably the power he needs --
or does he?

Any advice??

TIA
Sharron
