TECH-> question about DV Camcorders

Hi folks - we are considering the purchase of a digital video camcorder. =
I have looked at a couple models online but can't really get a feel for =
what is good for a K-12 school. I have about 1000 dollars to spend. I =
was thinking about the Canon ZR70MC. Do you have an opinion of this =
model or do you have one that you really like? Please let me know ASAP. =
