ELEM: lkg for a getting braces book

I have been showing kids the 610-617s, including books that some of
you recommended, about getting tubes in your ears, having tonsils
out, asthma, diabetes and other health concerns.   Several children
have asked for something about getting braces.  I've searched Ingram,
Follett, Amazon and cannot come up with anything that is relatively
current and in print.  Does anyone have a good book on this topic?
